Agile board powered by Ajax
Your Agile whiteboard in Redmine. Track issues, prioritize them, and appoint assignees faster. Move tasks with drag & drop. Comment, interact with checklists, and add issues straight from the board. It can be configured for Scrum, Kanban, or mixed methodology. It’s workflow aware and will not allow unpermitted status transitions.
Agile charts with trendlines
Charts helps you visualize the progress and current status of your project. Trendlines show the trend of changes in the project and ideal solution for a given sprint/version/release. It let you to see and predict if the team is making enough progress with the project. They also help you react to changes easier. For example, you can estimate the likelihood of achieving a Sprint goal with Burn-down or Burn-up charts by tracking the amount of work remaining in a given sprint.
Sub-columns and swimlanes
With our Agile plugin you can show tasks board for any phase of your projects or processes using columns and subcolumns. You can also use swimlanes to arrange and separate issues by parent tasks or asignee.
Sprint planner
Sprint planner allows you to see which issues belong to a particular sprint and reassign them effortlessly among sprints and backlogs with our split view. A sprint is a set of features and fixes that you will release as a single update to your software product.
Use Story Points to estimate effort need
Measure the effort required to implement each story (a task) by adding Story Points. You can see the summary of assigned SP for each issue and every phase of the project (column on the board).
Define Story points values
You can define SP values and then preselect them from dropdown list. Often in Agile planning teams use a limited series of values for Story points, such as Fibonacci numbers. It's helpful to describe rising uncertainty that follows increasing complexity of the tasks that are being evaluated.
Work in Progress limits
You can set the maximum number of tasks allowed in each phase, represented by a column of a board. Using WIP Kanban metric, you can control the number of tasks, keep work balanced, and ensure high productivity of your team.
See Tags on the card
Use tags to quickly find needed tasks on the Agile board and gain overview who is working on which tasks. Just by looking at the board you will get understanding who is working on which category of tasks, and for which products/clients. Tags are available as a free plugin from RedmineUP page.

When you start typing your keyword, teammate or any other phrase, Agile plugin will highlights the cards, that title matches given query.
