We are handling all e-mails of a specific mailbox in redmine using the Helpdesk plugin. The problem is, that not all e-mails are imported into redmine. There is a rule in the import script that an auto-submitted e-mail (auto-generated header) is not imported into Redmine. We guess that this rule has been implemented so that there is no loop between two systems, sending each other automated confirmations again and again.

This rule causes us some problems because for example some auto generated e-mails with receipts are not available in redmine.

Is there a possibility to bypass this rule, so that all e-mails are imported?
