Any page with Helpdesk settings and getmail are no longer loading:

Examples:
../projects/X/settings
../helpdesk_mailer/get_mail

The /helpdesk_mailer will eventually load but it is taking 25 - 30 minutes instead of seconds.

Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions on how to resolve?
