I would like to include in the ticket history macro to include the embedded images from any customer reply

We have this flow
- Customer sends a ticker using email containing some pictures
( I reply via reply button and have altered template to include ticket history
- The reply email contains only text and any embedded images from the customer
Can this macro containts also the embedded images?
