It's great that RedmineUp includes all 20 plugins in its hosting solution.

The only thing I'm missing is a plugin where I can enter custom CSS to implement my CD.

Currently, there's only one outdated plugin among the Redmine plugins, which RedmineUp refuses to use because it's not approved for the current version.

So I think it makes a lot of sense that RedmineUp offers a custom CSS plugin.
