I have been using Redmine 5.1.1 with Redmine CRM, Contacts and Helpdesk plugin without any problems most of this year, and for some reason on the night of the 14th this month(our ubuntu server gets unattended updates) something broke because Helpdesk plugin does not work as intended anymore.

For example, if I try to access settings on a project that is using oauth(microsoft) for sending/receiving mails, I get 504 nginx gateway timeout after 60s. When I try to send a mail I get unexpected error(even though it seems to send it?).

After roughly 5-10 minutes, Redmine completely dies and you get 504 nginx issue again. I disabled helpdesk and all of a sudden Redmine works as I expect, and if I enable helpdesk, I get the issues described above. I tried 5.1.4 and it's the same issue. I have tried 4.2.4 helpdesk and 4.2.3, both are giving me the same results.

Or is it some new gem or something similar that got updated? Because judging by the logs on my server, I got some minor updates to the system OS and mysql client 8.0.39 > 8.0.40 (I am running 8.0.40 on my database server).
