In what time can we expect support from your team? Working hours?

As for the customer support of our platform, we have 2 option: Regular support and Enterprise support with SLA. Enterprise support is for team more than 50 users - we have an option to assign personal manager and use zoom or phone line for support.

1. Regular support

The regular support is by email and average time of response is 24 hours on the working days.

A link to your new account will be sent right after the registration.

2. Enterprise support with SLA

Enterprise support is for team more than 100 users - we have an option to assign personal manager and use zoom or phone line for support. SLA can be determined exactly according to your needs.
