Every user can personalize his User page. By expanding the drop-down list, users can add blocks to the page showing issues, news, calendar, documents, and spent time. If you have installed plugins, users can have additional blocks to add, for example, My Helpdesk tickets or My contacts.
Blocks can be set, moved, or deleted (icons appear when the mouse points at the top-right part of the block). Settings available for issue-related blocks (except Issues) include selection from a list of available columns and arranging their sequence; for Spent time—number of days to be displayed.
