Problem
When you open your ticket and start replying to the client, unfortunately, there is no Canned responses button in the menu above the writing box.
Solution
The problem is that you haven't created canned responses yet. So, once you do it, then the button will automatically appear to you. You may add them in 2 ways:
- Globally in Administration (on top) - Plugins - Helpdesk - Canned responses tab
- On a project level in Project - Settings - Canned responses tab
Afterward, the Canned responses button will appear successfully in the menu of the edited ticket.
